As ILES International Language and Education Services we are delivering educational consultancy services in variety of programs in different cities and countries in order to create a new dynamism with our young staff. We have been servicing over the last two years, one year in the name of TURUM and over a year in the name of ILES. Our company is based in Southampton and has branches in Istanbul and Ankara. We also have representatives in US and Australia owing to the principle of having a staff in a country where we are delivering services to.

Our main purpose is to select the right program in the right country (even the right city) for our clients. 

Our main working principle is quality and creativity. Therefore we only work with the institutions which hold the required accreditations in their home land. Moreover we endeavour to develop new ideas to extend the market and bring a new viewpoint to the education industry.

In approaching customer we do not focus on “customer satisfaction” by aiming at meeting the expectations merely, rather we strongly target to exceed the customer expectations and have the “customer delight” out of the services we deliver.  For this reason we offer our clients free consultancy, assistance in visa application, all pre-departure preparations, after arrival services such as airport welcome, accommodation arrangements. We want our clients to feel that ILES is always with them from the first time they get in touch with us 

We utilise internet sources, seminars and lectures at universities, international fairs, education magazine interviews, leaflets, brochures i.e. for marketing purposes.

Our main target segments are university graduates, those who are interested in certificate programs, TOEFL and IELTS examinations, and University/Master foundation programs. However above all we primarily target to establish trust and reliability on our students by directing them to the right programs.
